We deliver award winning solutions that meet you marketing objectives. Basically focused on probing current trends in an attempt to determine which technologies are going to define the best quality of life. Successful product experiences come from a comprehensive understanding of users’ needs, wants and desires. Discovery

Experience, brand and product come together to create a goods that sells and enhances your brand message. We work closely and collaboratively with our Clients to understand their brand, business and project goals. We help our Clients design and bring to market experiences that go beyond consumer needs. The interaction is designed to be compelling on a physical and emotional level and is a confirmation of our Clients brand promise. By understanding the human + brand + business elements at this stage, we are able to move forward with accuracy and speed. The goal of the Discovery phase is to find new product opportunities and understand the technology features.

Discovery phase points: creating a project space, observation, user diaries, being your users, brainstorming, fast visualization, choosing a sample, quantitative surveys, secondary research, hopes and fears, emerging technology investigation, workflow analysis, human factors (ergonomic assessment), opportunity finding, product positioning/market analysis, materials and processes + trend analysis, customer definition, unmet needs identification.

Concept Design

Concept is the initial phase of design and the most important in ensuring optimal product development. We work closely with our clients, discussing their product needs and conducting the necessary research to build the framework for their design. We start broad, exploring copious ideas thru generating various hand drawn concepts that translate our clients vision and brand integrity. These concept drawings ultimately become the roadmap for the rest of the development process. Once opportunities are identified, concepts are developing to meet user, product, and business goals. Concepts are created and refined, new information is incorporated and the elements of the experience of physical object start to come together. Our process is iterative and inclusive and often involves a lot of "paper" prototypes.

Concept phase possible points: concept generation, sketching and visualisation, assessment criteria, focus groups, customer journey mapping, character profiles, scenarios, role playing, design language development, brand and product integration, color/ finish/ material selection, packaging design, product graphics.

3d Modeling

3d modelling allows designers to test, refine and manipulate virtual products pre-production. These designs are identical in dimension and detail to the desired finished product, ensuring quality and accuracy for production. This phase allows for optimum efficiency by addressing all possible manufacturing concerns at the earliest phases of design. Understanding the manufacturing process is integral in reducing cost and development time. Communication with manufacturer is main key on this stage. Process of reviews and feedback allows us to tracked and verified along the way, always with a focus on the end product.

The new standard for product imagery, photo realistic renderings have replaced the need for finished product photography. Advanced visualization software allows us to create product images that can look just like the real thing. We use 3D imaging software to create photo-realistic product renderings. The result is a complete and detailed image of the product that can be used for client reviews and approval, marketing and advertising and most importantly Color Material Finish (CMF) documents needed by manufactures.

Detail and Prototyping

This is a phase where risks are identified, managed, and resolved. Even the smallest details are fully defined. As a result we have a product that is ready to manufacture at volume and on schedule. Our in-house 3D printer allows us to experiment with iterations and quickly test and validate designs and allows clients to review product form and dimension with convenience.

The prototype process consists of three stage.

At an early stage a 'quick and dirty' prototype that people are not afraid to criticise is best for testing principles.

ABS plastic 3D printed at scale model. These models are great for fit testing. Functional testing, and overall form evaluation. NO surface finish. Material is in natural state, no finish work or painting.

CNC machined parts. The surfaces are finished to reflect production materials/paints, with logo and any color.
